AI Coding Camp: Building Artificial Intelligence Means Taking Responsibility for Your Decisions

The AI Coding Camp by PC Cube prepares developers and young professionals to design, integrate, and manage Artificial Intelligence systems in real-world environments.

You will learn not only how to use AI models and tools, but also how Artificial Intelligence interacts with processes, people, and organizations. For us, developing Artificial Intelligence means designing reliable, governable systems capable of creating lasting, tangible value.

Learning where AI meets reality

In our AI Coding Camp, learning starts from work on projects designed to reproduce the complexity of a real production environment. Participants deal with evolving requirements, integration with existing systems, deadlines, and decisions that have concrete effects on the project as a whole. The learning approach follows a learn-by-failure mindset: mistakes are not avoided, but analyzed to understand their causes, improve the working method, and build stronger awareness. We do not simply learn how to develop AI components.

We learn how to integrate them into software architectures, assess their impact, and understand their organizational consequences. For us, Artificial Intelligence does not replace human thinking. It supports it, strengthens it, and makes it more effective, while leaving responsibility for decisions in human hands.

Beyond training

The program develops in two complementary phases.

The first phase, lasting three months, consists of a paid internship during which participants work on one or more projects dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, taking on technical, organizational, and relational activities in a setting as close as possible to the company environment.

For those who wish, it is also possible to develop a Bachelor’s thesis within the project.

The second phase, lasting six months, includes joining the AI Competence Center.

At this stage, work gradually shifts to real projects, allowing participants to consolidate their skills, explore different technological approaches, and build professional specialization through concrete use cases.

During this phase, it is also possible to develop a Master’s thesis.

The program does not measure only what a person is able to do today, but above all their ability to learn, take responsibility, and grow together with the team.

What sets us apart?

The AI Coding Camp is built on a simple belief:

Artificial Intelligence creates value only when it improves the work of people and organizations.

For this reason, participants work on real problems, dealing with uncertainty, project constraints, and continuous decision-making.

The training takes place in full remote mode from day one and reflects the way PC Cube works.

A distinctive element of the program is the everyday application of the principles of ISO/IEC 42001.

AI governance, risk management, bias control, data quality, traceability, transparency, and impact assessment are not treated as theoretical topics, but become part of daily development work.

The goal is not to train people who can simply use Artificial Intelligence.

It is to train professionals who can design, govern, and improve it responsibly.

Managing uncertainty

Real problems rarely arrive fully defined. During the program, participants learn to make decisions even when information is incomplete, while maintaining method, analytical thinking, and critical judgment.

From idea to production

Every AI solution is designed from the start with its integration into business systems in mind. Architecture, quality, performance, maintainability, and governance accompany development just as much as the Artificial Intelligence models themselves.

AI governed according to ISO/IEC 42001

Artificial Intelligence governance is not treated as a separate activity from development. Risk management, data quality, bias control, traceability, explainability, and impact assessment are part of everyday work, in line with the organizational model adopted by PC Cube.

Growing through experience

Specialization grows through direct work on real projects. Throughout the program, each participant progressively discovers the areas where they can express their potential most effectively, building solid skills through day-to-day work, collaboration with the team, and mentoring from more experienced professionals.
