How we work: people, trust, and responsibility, even at a distance.
For years, we have worked in a fully remote model, but our organizational approach was established long before remote work became widespread. It is the result of a journey built on trust, shared responsibility, and the belief that collaboration does not depend on physical presence, but on the ability to work toward common goals.
Processes and tools came later to make this model stronger and more scalable. For us, distributed work is not possible because effective processes exist; rather, effective processes work because trust exists between people.
One distributed organization, one shared way of working. Today, more than 200 professionals collaborate every day from across Italy, sharing responsibility, working methods, and a common organizational culture. Geographical distance does not change the way we operate. What keeps us united are shared goals, mutual trust, and the willingness to build results together. This is what allows us to work as one organization, regardless of where we are.
An organizational model built over time.
Distributed work did not emerge as a response to an emergency, but as part of the evolution of our organization.
Over the years, we have learned that autonomy, responsibility, and trust enable people to express their full potential, regardless of where they work.
That is why we built a shared culture before defining processes and tools.
Our way of working and our digital ecosystem were designed to support this culture, making it scalable without losing quality, transparency, or the ability to collaborate.
