Software quality designed from the start

The quality of software is measured not only by the absence of defects, but by a system’s ability to reliably achieve the objectives for which it was designed.

Our Quality Assurance Competence Center helps public and private organizations design structured, measurable verification processes integrated throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), reducing risks, increasing the predictability of releases, and continuously improving the quality of software solutions.

Quality begins before release

Fixing a defect after deployment is always more costly than preventing it during design and development.

For this reason, we integrate Quality Assurance throughout the entire software lifecycle by defining test strategies, acceptance criteria, metrics, test environments, and validation processes. Our approach makes the achieved level of quality measurable and supports informed decision-making before every release.

Test Strategy and Governance

Every project needs a quality strategy that is proportionate to its risks, business objectives, and operational context. We define test strategies, test plans, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, KPIs, and approval processes that make it possible to govern quality throughout the entire software lifecycle, giving management a clear view of the level of risk before production release.

Functional Testing and Regression

We verify that every feature meets the defined requirements and continues to do so even after changes and system evolution. Through functional testing, end-to-end testing, and regression activities, we identify issues early, reducing rework, operational disruptions, and negative impact on end users.

Test Automation and Continuous Quality

Automation is a tool for making quality continuous, not an objective in itself. We design automated test suites integrated into development and release processes, identifying the scenarios where automation delivers the greatest value. This improves test coverage, repeatability, and execution speed, while supporting DevOps, Continuous Integration, and continuous improvement practices.
