Dev Coding Camp
Many coding camps teach people how to write code. Ours was created with a different goal: to help people become professionals capable of understanding complex problems, collaborating with others, and making decisions in real-world contexts.
Code is only one of the tools. The real journey is about method, collaboration, responsibility, and continuous growth.
The difference is the context in which you learn.
In PC Cube’s Developer Coding Camp, theory and practice are not two separate moments. Participants learn by working on a project designed to faithfully reproduce a real business context, where requirements evolve, priorities change, time is limited, and decisions must be made together as a team.
Mistakes are not treated as failure, but as a learning tool. Through direct experience, participants learn to understand what did not work, how to improve their approach, and how to deal with increasingly complex problems. During the program, participants go through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, from analysis to release, experiencing a work environment that is as close as possible to real projects.
What is a Coding Camp
The program is structured into two complementary phases.
The first phase lasts two months and consists of a paid internship, during which participants develop not only technical skills, but above all the way they learn, collaborate, face challenges, and grow within the team.
It is a period of mutual learning: the candidate discovers our way of working, and we get to understand their potential.
The second phase, lasting six months, is reserved for those who successfully complete the initial path.
Participants gradually join the company teams, without direct responsibility for production releases, consolidating both technical and organizational skills through real projects.
For those who wish, it is also possible to develop a thesis project by working on industrial research and development activities or on concrete cases addressed by the company.
Throughout the entire program, we do not evaluate only what a person can do today, but also their ability to learn, engage in discussion, and grow together with others.
What makes it different
For us, training is not an activity separate from work.
It is the work itself.
Coding Camp projects are not classroom exercises, but simulations designed to reproduce the dynamics, responsibilities, and complexity of real projects.
Working in a team, dealing with evolving requirements, making decisions with incomplete information, and organizing work in full remote mode are all part of the journey from day one.
Evaluation is not based on a single performance, but on how the person evolves over time.
We observe how someone grows, how they deal with mistakes, how they collaborate with others, and how they contribute to shared goals.
Because at PC Cube we are not simply looking for good developers.
We are looking for people who can create value together with others.
Learning through experience
Mistakes are an integral part of the growth process. Every challenge becomes an opportunity to better understand the problem, improve one’s approach, and develop autonomy, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Projects built for reality
Activities reproduce real operational dynamics, with objectives, priorities, constraints, and responsibilities similar to those found in company projects. Learning comes from direct experience and everyday collaboration with the team.
Teamwork and collaboration from day one
The work is fully distributed and based on collaboration. Communication, coordination, trust, and responsibility become essential skills alongside technical capabilities.
Gradual and supported growth
Joining the projects happens progressively, allowing participants to consolidate skills, understand the organizational context, and take on increasing responsibility with growing autonomy, always supported by more experienced professionals.
