Education

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Science
Experience

More than 3 years

Strong focus on IT systems in the Public Administration sector
Requirements

Excellent experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering

Excellent experience in drafting functional documentation
-
Excellent experience in drafting and executing test plans
-
Excellent planning and organizational skills
-
Excellent knowledge of UML, ER diagrams, and flowcharts
-
Excellent knowledge of WBS and Waterfall/Agile methodologies
-
Ability to support the launch of new initiatives and projects
-
Strong results orientation and excellent problem-solving skills
-
Strong teamwork attitude and collaboration with stakeholders involved in project phases
-
Good knowledge of English
-
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
-
Knowledge of programming languages is a plus
Activities / Responsibilities

Collecting and analyzing client requirements

Functional analysis of processes

Identifying solutions aligned with client requests

Project management and coordination (especially in IT platform integration projects)

Verifying functionalities, release management, and testing of implemented solutions

Drafting project documentation (UML diagrams, use cases, etc.), functional documentation, and user manuals
-
Providing consultancy on system functionalities

Managing client relationships
-
High level of work autonomy, strong teamwork attitude, and proactive mindset
